These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Auckland Pool and Spa Limited, trading as Auckland Pool & Spa Servicing ("we", "us", "our").

About us
Auckland Pool & Spa Servicing provides pool liner replacement and installation, equipment installation and servicing, pool refurbishment, and pool valet services across Auckland.

Quotes
Quotes provided by us are estimates based on the information available at the time and, where applicable, on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Final pricing may vary if the scope, site conditions, or materials required differ from those assessed. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding.

Bookings and services
By engaging our services, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site and accurate information about the job. We will carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by weather, site conditions, material availability, and other factors outside our control.

Materials and equipment
Where we supply pool liners, equipment, or parts, these are sourced through our trade supply partner. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment as provided by the relevant manufacturer. We will pass on the benefit of any applicable warranty to you.

Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the work. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services where invoices remain unpaid.

Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. Where you acquire our services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services, or for issues caused by pre-existing defects, third-party work, or conditions outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the relevant service.

Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If you believe there is a defect in our workmanship, contact us promptly so we can assess and, where appropriate, remedy it.
